After having spent 20 years at my first Career in the Pharmaceutical Industry, I feel blessed beyond belief to have had the courage to begin a new career and break out into my true passion, which is real estate. They say if you love what you do you will never work a day in your life and truer words can have never been spoken. I am all in, and couldn’t be more excited about the tremendous growth I have experienced both professionally and personally, over the last 12+ years in Real Estate, and am even more excited for the future! My clients are the lifeblood of my business, I love what I do and take absolutely nothing for granted. There is nothing more important to me than fulfilling your real estate needs, and my entire team echoes the same sentiment. Over the years I have achieved many industry awards, ranking in the Top 1% of agents in the Burlington & Camden County Market. The Team and I have most recently been awarded the most distinguished 2021 Circle of Excellence, Platinum Award, along with the 2021 Keller Williams International Double Platinum Award, just to name a small few of the many that have been achieved throughout the years. With all of the many awards and accolades I have gained throughout the years, I have grown to feel that the most gratifying award has been the feeling I get when I know I have just made my clients real estate dream “happen”. Real estate is powerful, and when we are able to use it in order to help fund our clients’ next dream… Well that’s what I really love the most about it.
My listings are truly my passion and I will stop at nothing to be sure that they gleam with perfection so as to attract the right buyer that will pay the right price under the right circumstances. From a marketing perspective I have a keen attention to detail, so from Professional photography/videography, to social media & online marketing, as well as direct mail and print, my team and I will develop the perfect campaign for your property to induce significant interest and feet through the door right away. Negotiations are my strong suit and so whether negotiating the best price and terms for the sale of your home, or for your purchase, there is no better advocate than I to get for you well beyond what you ever could have dreamed of. Christine graduated with a BS in Business Administration Management in 1989 from Centenary College, and holds an additional AS in Equine Studies, another one of Christine’s passions. Christine is Married to Benjamin Dash and resides in Moorestown with their two children, Jonathan and Gabrielle. When she is not working, there is nothing more important to Christine than spending her off time with her family.
