Hainesport is a beautiful town located along the border of Lumberton and Mount Laurel, and offers a similar quiet suburban feel. In Hainesport you’ll see lots of farmland and older homes, but also newer communities with homes built in the 1990s and early 2000s.
Price points for homes in Hainesport can be in between $500K and $800K in the newer communities, but you can find smaller and older homes that are available for significantly less. The Sage Run neighborhood features Paparone built homes, and it’s an active community with lovely homes on larger lots. It’s close to the Village Green playground in Lumberton. The Lakeside at Creekview neighborhood features a man-made lake in beautiful setting for the nearby homes. Homes can range from the $500s to the $800s. But there are a variety of neighborhoods to choose from in various price ranges too.
Grade schools in Hainesport are generally within walking distance of most homes, and the students in the area are part of the Rancocas High School system…which is very highly regarded in the area for its electives, sports and activities for young people.
Hainesport is built in a way that neighborhoods interconnect to be part of the larger community here, and the proximity allows for walking, biking, playgrounds for children. Hainesport features a bit of hilliness even, rare for South Jersey!
In Hainesport you’re right on the edge of Route 38 and I-295, making it just minutes from everything desirable in the area…major employers like Virtua and Lockheed Martin, and superb shopping and dining destinations like the Moorestown and Cherry Hill Malls.
There is a lot of value here and you can get a lot of home for your money, and as with Lumberton, Hainesport offers slightly better tax rates than towns in the surrounding area…which is no small consideration in New Jersey!
