Lumberton is a fairly large community that offers homes in a wide range of prices, from town homes in the mid-$100s to luxury homes worth over $1M. It is an historic town, with properties dating back as far as the 1700s! But the town has grown steadily through the years, and it is a family-centric neighborhood with many homes being built in the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s.
Developments include Bobby’s Run, with properties from the 400s to the 600K, with really beautiful parks for running, biking, rollerblading and much more. Coventry Glen is a more of a luxury neighborhood, with upper $600s to just below $1M for executive style homes on larger lots that are great for families. But there are also several more affordable townhouse and condo communities in Lumberton too, with homes available for $150K to $300K.
