The Rancocas River runs through Lumberton, so you can go canoeing, visit nature trails, and even see plenty of farmland close to the town. The community features events such as the volunteer Fire Departments night out each year, and there are plenty of opportunities for families and neighbors to gather and celebrate.
Lumberton offers ideal location as a suburb of Philadelphia too. It’s close to I-295, Route 38, the NJ Turnpike, and it’s a short trip both to the city and several fantastic shopping and dining destinations.
Families of all income levels can find a home in Lumberton…whether it’s a couple starting out, an established family looking to relocate, or even retired empty nesters. You can find something that suits your needs and budget perfectly in a first class place to live. Taxes here are slightly cheaper than surrounding towns, making it an even better deal. It’s a popular community with military families as well, with its proximity to McGuire Air Force Base.
