Barbara McHugh

Barbara McHugh has been a Realtor for almost 15 years now, and has enjoyed helping SO MANY clients with selling their home or purchasing a new one. She’s helped clients relocate even from out west, and she’s assisted countless first-time homebuyers and those who needed to sell a parent’s home. Regardless of her client’s situation, it’s always been a rewarding experience. Barb is so much more than a real estate agent. Her level of organization, her approach to transactions, and most importantly her kindness and friendship have truly meant the world to us…and my real estate business wouldn’t be where it is today without her.

To say that Barbara is detail-oriented would be an understatement – she is meticulous and serves her clients skillfully as well as with compassion. She is focused and accurate, and makes sure her clients understand all of the contracts and agreements they’re signing, throughout what can often be a very confusing process.

She graduated from Glassboro State College with a BS in Computer Science, and then worked for a Database Publishing company for 20 years before starting her real estate career. She began with a small independent brokerage where she was a Realtor AND the Processor for all agents in the office.

Barbara later helped to open and launch the Keller Williams Moorestown Office back in 2015, which has since become the #1 Brokerage in Burlington County! She played a huge role in our office’s development and programs, as she initially served in the leadership role of Market Center Administrator.

While having a successful real estate business of her own, Barb also led countless classes and training sessions to help develop the real estate careers of brand new agents. She was a patient, kind, and hands-on mentor, and she made a lasting impact on all of the agents. Longtime residents of Delran, Barbara and her husband have been married for 36 years and today, they have two daughters and four grandchildren.

When Barb and her husband became Grandparents, she decided to give up her role as the MCA so she could enjoy this chapter of her life! There’s nothing like being able to babysit, snuggle, read to, and play with your grandchildren, and Barb continues to manage her real estate business at the same time.

Working full steam ahead, know that Barb is here to offer any and all assistance with your real estate needs.
