Barbara McHugh

It is my HONOR to introduce you to my team member, Barbara McHugh!(Barb) Barb has been by my side and has played so many roles over the years, and she is one of my dearest teammates!

Barb has been a Realtor for almost 15 years now, and has enjoyed helping SO MANY clients with selling their home or purchasing a new one. She’s helped clients relocate even from out west, and she’s assisted countless first-time homebuyers and those who needed to sell a parent’s home. Regardless of her client’s situation, it’s always been a rewarding experience. Barb is so much more than a real estate agent. Her level of organization, her approach to transactions, and most importantly her kindness and friendship have truly meant the world to us…and my real estate business wouldn’t be where it is today without her.

To say that Barbara is detail-oriented would be an understatement – she is meticulous and serves her clients skillfully as well as with compassion. She is focused and accurate, and makes sure her clients understand all of the contracts and agreement they’re signing, throughout what can often be a very confusing process.

She graduated from Glassboro State College with a BS in Computer Science, and then worked for a Database Publishing company for 20 years before starting her real estate career. She began with a small independent brokerage where she was a Realtor AND the Processor for all agents in the office.

Barbara later helped to open and launch the Keller Williams Moorestown Office back in 2015, which has since become the #1 Brokerage in Burlington County! She played a huge role in our office’s development and programs, as she initially served in the leadership role of Market Center Administrator.

While having a successful real estate business of her own, Barb also led countless classes and training sessions to help develop the real estate careers of brand new agents. She was a patient, kind, and hands-on mentor, and she made a lasting impact on all of the agents she taught along the way.

When the world shut down in 2020, the real estate industry did NOT, and I needed Barb’s help and expertise more than ever. I reached out right before COVID hit, and by the end of 2020, Barb had closed 64 deals as my Transaction Coordinator!

Barb and I often spoke about forming an official team, The Christine Dash Real Estate Group, but I couldn’t have imagined it coming to fruition without Barb’s assistance along the way. We strategized and worked to systematize our tasks and build a dream team – and it’s remarkable to see how far we’ve come!

The Christine Dash Real Estate Group closed 104 transactions in 2021 – not too shabby! Now, as we start 2022, I am SO excited to have Barb’s experience as a Buyer’s Agent on one of the top teams here at KW!

In 2016, Barb and her husband became Grandparents, and she decided to give up her role as the MCA so she could enjoy this chapter of her life! There’s nothing like being able to babysit, snuggle, read to, and play with your grandchildren, and Barb continues to manage her real estate business at the same time.

Working full steam ahead, know that Barb is here to offer any and all assistance with your real estate needs.

Longtime residents of Delran, Barbara and her husband have been married for 36 years and today, they have two daughters and four grandchildren.

I can’t thank Barb enough for her love and assistance over the years, and I know that she treats our clients the same: with respect, patience, and comes from contribution. I am SO grateful for the gift she has been in my life and I truly am excited to recognize her today! She is truly an integral part of my family, both professionally and at home.

Thank you Barb, for ALL that you are, and for ALL that you do!
